Certified Parent Coach | Early Childhood Educator (ECE) Neurodiversity-Informed Support
The early years — especially infancy and toddlerhood — can feel overwhelming. Whether you are a parent, caregiver, nanny, or early childhood educator, it’s natural to have questions, concerns, and moments of uncertainty. You don’t have to navigate this journey alone.
Bright Beginning by Siena offers personalized online coaching and developmental support for those caring for young children. My work is grounded in early childhood education, real-world experience with infants and toddlers, and a deep commitment to inclusive, respectful caregiving.
I specialize in infant and toddler development, neurodiversity-affirming practices, and supporting adults who care for children with diverse needs. Through gentle guidance and practical strategies, I help you build confidence and create nurturing environments where young children feel safe, understood, and supported from the very beginning.
I’m glad you’re here, and I look forward to supporting you.
My name is Siena Lusterio, and I am a Certified Early Childhood Educator (Level 3 – Infant, Toddler & Special Needs)and the founder of Bright Beginning by Siena.
My journey in early childhood began with hands-on work supporting infants, toddlers, and young children in inclusive care settings. Through this experience, I’ve seen how deeply children are affected by the confidence, understanding, and emotional well-being of the adults who care for
them.
I created Bright Beginning by Siena to offer compassionate, educational coaching for parents, caregivers, and educators who want to better understand young children and respond with clarity, confidence, and care.
My approach is respectful, non-judgmental, and grounded in developmental knowledge — honoring each child’s unique path and each family’s values.
I provide coaching and guidance for:
Whether you are navigating daily routines, developmental questions, or simply seeking reassurance, support is available.
My approach is relationship-based, practical, and respectful. I believe young children thrive when the adults who care for them feel supported — not judged or overwhelmed.
As a Certified Early Childhood Educator, my coaching is grounded in early childhood education, lived experience, and inclusive, neurodiversity-affirming practices.
My services are coaching and educational support, not therapy or diagnosis. I focus on helping you understand child development, strengthen everyday interactions, and create responsive, nurturing environments that support emotional well-being and learning.
Every family and educator is unique. I take time to listen and tailor guidance to your needs, values, and real-life context.
I support young children by supporting the adults who care for them. When parents, caregivers,
and educators feel confident and informed, children benefit from calmer, more responsive
environments.
Through coaching and developmental guidance, I help adults:
My focus is on everyday moments — feeding, play, transitions, rest, and connection — where
meaningful development naturally happens.
Parent coaching provides guidance, reassurance, and practical strategies to help you better understand your child and feel more confident in your caregiving role.
